hyemi cho grew up in japan and is now located in an apartment right off the high line. when a constant flux of people started walking past her windows last july, she decided to play a joke on voyeurism by painting her windows. a peeping toms dream as they get real eye contact and hopefully a few laughs at the strangers waving back.
